This policy explains when to request a return, how to obtain instructions, and how eligible refunds are handled.
30-day return window
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing info@hunter-optics.com with your order number and return reason. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Return condition and exclusions
Eligible items must be unused, unmounted, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and promotional items. We may decline returns for items that are used, mounted, altered, damaged, marked final sale, personalized, special order, or restricted by law or hygiene or safety requirements.
Costs, inspection, and refunds
For a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we provide return instructions case by case. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and third-party duties or fees are not refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
