Eligible products are covered by the manufacturer warranty that applies to that product. Hunter Optics does not provide a separate blanket or lifetime warranty.
How to request help
Email info@hunter-optics.com with the order number, product name, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where useful. We will help identify the applicable manufacturer process and the information needed for a claim.
Exclusions
Warranty outcomes are determined under the applicable manufacturer terms. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, accident, normal wear, or unauthorized repair may not be covered.
