Glock RMR Mount Plate – Rear Sight Dovetail Red Dot Adapter for Glock 17, 18, 34

This Glock RMR mount plate lets you add an RMR-footprint red dot to a Glock without milling the slide. The aluminum plate slides into the rear sight dovetail and gives the optic a flat, secure base. It is listed for the Glock 17, Glock 18 and Glock 34.

For example, you can remove the factory rear sight, install the plate and mount your red dot in one session. Later, you can reinstall the original rear sight if you want to go back to iron sights.

How to Install

1. Unload the pistol, remove the magazine and check that the chamber is empty.
2. Remove the slide and push out the factory rear sight with a sight pusher tool.
3. Slide the plate into the rear sight dovetail and center it.
4. Secure the plate with the included screws. A drop of removable thread locker is recommended.
5. Finally, mount your red dot and zero the pistol at the range.

If you are not comfortable removing sights, a qualified gunsmith can install the plate quickly.

Do I need to cut my slide?
No. The plate uses the existing rear sight dovetail, so no machining is required.
