Compatible Red Dot Sights

The plate is designed for micro red dots with the Docter/Noblex-style footprint, such as the Vortex Venom, Vortex Viper and Burris FastFire 3. Because footprints vary, compare the screw spacing of your optic with the plate before installing.

How to Install a Dovetail Red Dot Plate

1. First, unload the pistol, remove the magazine and confirm the chamber is empty.
2. Remove the factory rear sight with a sight pusher or punch.
3. Slide the clamp bar into the dovetail, center it, and fit the plate on top.
4. Then tighten the plate screws evenly with a drop of medium thread locker.
5. Finally, mount your red dot on the plate and zero it at the range.

If you do not have a sight pusher, a qualified gunsmith can remove the rear sight for you.
