These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and use of the Hunter Optics website.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized, information is inaccurate, inventory is unavailable, pricing contains an obvious error, or fulfillment would be unlawful.
Cancellation and fulfillment
Email info@hunter-optics.com as soon as possible to request cancellation. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment preparation or shipment begins; eligible shipped items are handled under Возврат товаров и возмещение средств.
Lawful use and local compliance
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product may be purchased, possessed, transported, imported, exported, installed, and used at the intended destination. We may refuse orders where a product or destination is restricted.
