Hunter Optics kan klanten helpen bij het begrijpen en indienen van een geldige garantieclaim bij de fabrikant.<\/p>\n

Dekking onder de fabrieksgarantie<\/h2>\n

Voor in aanmerking komende producten geldt de fabrieksgarantie die op dat product van toepassing is. Hunter Optics biedt geen afzonderlijke algemene of levenslange garantie.<\/p>\n

Hoe kun je hulp vragen?<\/h2>\n

E-mail info@hunter-optics.com<\/a> met het ordernummer, de productnaam, een beschrijving van het probleem en, indien van toepassing, duidelijke foto\u2019s of een video. Wij helpen u bij het vaststellen van de juiste procedure van de fabrikant en de informatie die nodig is voor een claim.<\/p>\n

Uitsluitingen<\/h2>\n

De uitkomst van garantieclaims wordt bepaald op basis van de geldende voorwaarden van de fabrikant. Schade als gevolg van verkeerd gebruik, onjuiste installatie, aanpassingen, een ongeval, normale slijtage of ongeautoriseerde reparaties valt mogelijk niet onder de garantie.<\/p>\n
