Los art\u00edculos que puedan devolverse deben estar sin usar, sin montar, sin da\u00f1os, en su embalaje original e incluir todos los manuales, accesorios y art\u00edculos promocionales. Podemos rechazar la devoluci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos que est\u00e9n usados, montados, alterados, da\u00f1ados, marcados como \u00abventa definitiva\u00bb, personalizados, de pedido especial o sujetos a restricciones legales o a requisitos de higiene o seguridad.<\/p>\n
Costes, inspecci\u00f3n y reembolsos<\/h2>\n
En el caso de un art\u00edculo que se haya confirmado que es defectuoso, est\u00e9 da\u00f1ado o sea incorrecto, proporcionamos instrucciones de devoluci\u00f3n seg\u00fan cada caso concreto. En el caso de devoluciones por cambio de opini\u00f3n, el cliente debe hacerse cargo de los gastos de env\u00edo de la devoluci\u00f3n. Tras la recepci\u00f3n y la inspecci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo, los reembolsos correspondientes se abonar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s del mismo m\u00e9todo de pago utilizado originalmente. Los gastos de env\u00edo originales y los aranceles o tasas de terceros no son reembolsables, salvo que el problema se deba a un error por nuestra parte.<\/p>\n
